Additionally, you can increase your cash rebate percentage by growing your purchases over the previous year. In fact, if your purchases exceed the previous calendar year’s purchases by 25%, we will add an additional 1% to the cash rebate for your Hanita First level.

Marketing Materials to Grow Your Business

In addition to the great cash rebate rewards, after you qualify as a Hanita First dealer you earn credits redeemable for marketing materials that help you grow your business. From sample cards to sample books, from brochures to t-shirts, from wall displays to banners – HanitaTek has the materials to help you grow. Each quarter you accrue 1%, 1.5%, or 2% (for Hanita First, Gold and Platinum members respectively) of the previous quarter’s purchases to use toward marketing materials. Because we want you to market consistently, these rewards do not carry over to subsequent quarters.

Put It All Together

When you combine the cash rebate, the growth incentive, and the marketing material credits, the Hanita First program rewards base level members with 4% of their purchases. Platinum members can earn a total rebate and credit of 7% of their purchases. These are great rewards; don’t miss your chance to participate!

What You Have to Do

To become a Hanita First member, just hit the minimum purchase levels outlined. That’s it, no applications or commitments. Well – we do expect you to pay your bills on time, or the cash back rebates get reduced or eliminated. See the program details below.

Program Details – the detailed rules that define the program

  1. Enrollment – all installing dealers with active accounts in good standing who purchase window films from HanitaTek Window Films are eligible for membership in the Hanita First program. There are no membership applications. Customers with delinquent payment activity or whose account has been sent to collections are not eligible. Distributors and resellers of films are not eligible for membership.
  2. Qualification in the Hanita First program is based on net purchases of films. Net purchases are defined as the total amount of films purchased, less any price discounts and returns of film for any reason. There are three participation levels: Hanita First, Hanita First Gold, and Hanita First Platinum. In order to qualify for the program, the following net purchase levels are required:
    • Hanita First - $10,000 per year
    • Hanita First Gold - $25,000 per year
    • Hanita First Platinum - $50,000 per year
  3. Rebates: set solely at the discretion of HanitaTek LLC, and subject to change without notice. Current rebate structure:
    • Hanita First – 2% of net purchases from the previous year
    • Hanita First Gold – 3% of net purchases from the previous year
    • Hanita First Platinum – 4% of net purchases from the previous year
  4. Growth Bonus: An additional 1% bonus is added to the cash rebate if the purchases in the current year exceed the previous year’s purchases by 25% or more.
  5. On-Time Payment Factor: The calculated cash rebate amount (detailed in sections 3 and 4 above, in dollars) is multiplied by an on-time payment factor that is based on the Average Days Late of payments through the year. This calculation is at the sole discretion of HanitaTek. The Average Days Late is calculated by weighting the amount of each invoice through the year, and the number of days late that each invoice is paid. An invoice paid in advance or with a credit card is considered to have an Average Days Late of 0. A customer with net 30 days credit terms who pays all invoices on time is considered to have an Average Days Late of 0. The on-time payment factor is subject to change at the sole discretion of HanitaTek LLC. The current structure is:
    • Average Days Late (ADL) < 10 days – On-time
      Payment Factor is 1.0.
    • Average Days Late (ADL) 10-20 days – On-time
      Payment Factor is 0.75.
    • Average Days Late (ADL) 20-40 days – On-time
      Payment Factor is 0.45.
    • Average Days Late (ADL) > 40 days – On-time
      Payment Factor is 0.0.
  6. HanitaTek will pay cash rebates to installing dealers in good standing early in the year following the rebate year. In the case of accounts with overdue balances, HanitaTek will have the option of applying a rebate in part or in whole as a credit against the overdue balance.
  7. Marketing Materials: Once an installing dealer has qualified for the Hanita First program (met their $10,000 purchases in a year), they are eligible for a credit for marketing materials. This credit is calculated as 1%, 1.5%, or 2% of their net purchases in the previous calendar quarter - the credited percentages are for Hanita First, Hanita First Gold, and Hanita First Platinum members, respectively. Marketing credits must be used in the following quarter -- there are no carryovers. Marketing materials are valued at the price list as provided by HanitaTek. All materials are subject to availability.
  8. Participation in the Hanita First program is at the sole discretion of HanitaTek LLC. An installing film dealer that acts to the detriment of HanitaTek, Hanita Coatings or either company’s products or reputation in the marketplace can be removed from the Hanita First program.
