HEAT, GLARE & UV-CONTROL ANTI-FRAGMENTATION WINDOW FILM

Our solar-control safety and security films offer the protection and security of
SafetyZone™ clear security films with the heat rejection, glare control and UV block of select SolarZone™ films.

Cold Steel Safety is manufactured using a patented metallizing process, and is
designed for a neutral appearance. The film's excellent Solar Energy Rejection lowers heat gain and glare - saving on energy costs - as well as blocking 99% of harmful UV radiation. Cold Steel Safety is available in 5, 6 and 10 mil thickness, in 35%, 50% and 70% light transmission, and is recommended for both residential and commercial use.

Silver Safety combines the protection of SafetyZone™ security and safety film with the superb heat rejection, UV block and modern appearance of SolarZone Silver films. Manufactured in 4, 9 and 12 mil in 20% VLT, Silver Safety films are primarily used for commercial projects, and are also available with a scratch-resistant coating for exterior applications. Silver Exterior is offered at 5 mil, in 20% and 60% VLT.

Matte Translucent SafetyZone films in 5 and 12 mil combine privacy with safety, and are ideal for bathroom and office applications.

Graffiti is a depressing and expensive reality of urban life. Vandals can strike wherever there is temptation: glass and mirrors in public transportation systems, such as bus and train terminals, restrooms, lobbies or shops.

"Tagging" and etched graffiti causes millions of dollars of damage each year, and has a negative impact on the image of neighborhoods and businesses. Experts agree that in order to combat graffiti's demoralizing effect, it's important for it to be erased as quickly as possible.

SafetyZone's™ multilayer super-clear anti-graffiti film is designed to minimize vandalism by helping to protect glass and mirrors from permanent damage: tagging can be removed by simple cleaning, while surface etching and gouging requires only film replacement; the glass itself remains undamaged.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT HANITATEK ANTI-GRAFFITI SAFETYZONE FILM

HanitaTek offers three excellent Anti-Graffiti Films that set the standard in surface protection. All three films have scratch chemical resistant coatings that protect against paint, ink, markers and other materials used for defacing property. They also have outstanding clarity, ease of installation, and they all are designed for easy removal.

6-Mil Anti-Graffiti Film – Product R17301G

• 6 mils thick means extra protection against gouging and deep scratches – the thicker the film the greater the protection of the surface underneath.
• Resists ink, paint, scratches/gouges, and acid etching.
• Is designed primarily for interior applications. If applied to an exterior surface, it will last for some time and then break down due to UV radiation exposure. In many anti-graffiti applications, the film is expected to be damaged in service prior to any film breakdown due to UV exposure.

4-Mil Anti-Graffiti Film – Product R12301G

• 4 mils thick means this film is less able to resist deep gouging.
• Resists ink, paint, scratches/gouges, and acid etching.
• Is designed primarily for interior applications.

4-Mil “Metro” Anti-Graffiti Film – Product R12305G

• Uses a superior “wipe clean” hardcoat designed to withstand multiple cleanings before the film needs to be replaced. Designed for the Paris Metro system to resist the most aggressive inks and paints.
• Has the same exterior application limitations as the 6-mil Anti-Graffiti film.

4-Mil Clear Exterior Safety Film – Product R12106X

• Designed for exterior use – UV durable hardcoat, polyester base materials mean longer life in exterior applications.

• Similar gouge resistance to the 4-Mil Anti-Graffiti Film.
